Join Our Team as a Nursing Faculty - Clinical

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Faculty - Clinical to join our team at Galen College of Nursing. As a Nursing Faculty - Clinical, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate learning and learner development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Implement a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Use information technologies and eLearning technology to support the teaching-learning process.
  • Provide resources to students to help them meet their individual learning needs.
  • Serve as a faculty advisor to assist students in short-term program and goal achievement and long-range career planning.
  • Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Use assessment and evaluation strategies to measure student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with faculty and preceptors to promote continuity between all components of the course.
Requirements:
  • Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
