About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Workforce Lead Navigator to join our team at Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting employment and reentry into the workforce for Wabanaki people who are on a recovery journey.

Responsibilities

The Lead Navigator will provide leadership through the development, oversight, and management of a new program that works with systems, individuals, and communities to ensure that Wabanaki people who are on a recovery journey have access to educational/vocational training, reentry to the workforce, and employment opportunities.

Key Requirements
  • LADC or CDAC, or LSW preferred.
  • University degree or college diploma in public health, social work, social services, education, or equivalent field experience.
  • Experience working in Tribal Communities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
