About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging communication, product knowledge, and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to potential customers' inquiries via telephone, representing our products professionally and ethically.
  • Successfully complete training to become knowledgeable on our systems and processes, maintaining proficiency and acquiring new knowledge as needed.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, setting up in-home appointments and entering required data in our system.
  • Present our products in an engaging manner, communicating the advantages and benefits to generate interest and excitement.
  • Schedule in-home, no-obligation consultations and quotes with our product specialists.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior call center work experience.
  • Ability to work in an office setting when handling customer inquiries and requests.
  • Proficient in English; bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  • PC skills include proficiency in working with a keyboard and mouse, browsing web-based applications, and dedicated applications unique to Renewal by Andersen.

Work Environment

Able to sit for long periods of time. Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

Availability

Scheduling available for 5-6 hour shifts within hours of operation up to 30 hours.
