  • Global Commercial Process Development
    • Develop and implement global commercial processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Win Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement a differentiated win strategy for business opportunities focused on ophthalmic diseases.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on operational execution for ophthalmic trials.
  • Operational Execution
    • Ensure optimal knowledge transfer of strategy to operations post-award.
    • Identify recruitment strategies and support operations in the implementation of those strategies post-award.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Provide leadership to biopharma proposal writers/managers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate operational risks.
  • Process Improvement
    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
    • Contribute to cross-functional corporate initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of progressive experience in global clinical trial operations.
  • Previous experience leading a team of strategic professionals.
  • Previous experience within various areas of global clinical trial operations - specific to Ophthalmology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
