We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers with new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systematically plan and support new construction and renovation projects as an administrative support for our project managers.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external contacts and ensure the flow of information, orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate procurement of all kinds, including associated construction measures and contract management.
  • Take on general administrative tasks and ensure the accuracy of systematically recorded data and various workflows.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally first professional experience in a commercial field.
  • Familiarity with the MS Office package.
  • A work style characterized by strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
