* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Autodesk Revit).
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
