Job Title: FCA Recall Specialist

MarketSource, a leading provider of managed sales solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FCA Recall Specialist to join our team. As a Recall Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of assigned cases pertaining to Takata airbag recalls and other OEM critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field canvassing, door knocks, and face-to-face visits at identified addresses to close cases with required documentation.
  • Utilize MarketSource Dashboard to review case assignments and closures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned initiative(s).
  • Understand and communicate to the customer any incentives, benefits, and programs pertaining to initiatives that are available.
  • Complete, upload, and record all information to specific requirements.
  • Utilize mapping and route optimization tools to effectively maximize productivity.
  • Educate consumers on the extreme importance of recall and/or initiative(s).
  • Overcome hesitancy and resistance from consumers to close cases.
  • Develop relationships and work closely with assigned businesses in designated markets and field team members.
  • Conduct investigative work to verify the accuracy of identified outcomes from call reports.
  • Utilize databases and additional resources to find supporting documentation that substantiates or updates outcomes.
  • Document results of research in or another database as directed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of work experience, industry-specific background preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation to perform essential functions within an assigned geographic area.
  • Frequently position self to get in and out of a vehicle.
  • Regularly ascend and descend stairs.
  • Frequently move objects weighing up to twenty pounds.
  • Consistently work in outdoor weather conditions.
