Job Duties:
  • Ensure construction activities align with project documents and timelines.
  • Coordinate on-site operations, including scheduling and resource allocation to meet project goals.
  • Supervise laborers and subcontractors to optimize productivity and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project advancement and maintain daily reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, maintaining a well-organized job site.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within commercial or industrial projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
