Rigger Specialist

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble rigging to lift and move equipment or materials to construction projects.
• Load, transport, unload, and assist in selecting cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves according to weight and size of load to be moved.
• Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures.
• Attach loads with grappling devices.
• Give direction to crane operators or hoisting engineers engaged in hoisting and moving loads.
• Set up braces and rigs hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. As a Rigger, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of equipment and materials on construction sites.

Requirements:

• Experience in rigging and heavy equipment operation.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
