As a Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant at Charlotte Companion Animal Hospital, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering medication and collecting vital signs
- Performing treatments, anesthetic monitoring, and assisting with surgery
- Caring for well, sick, and critical patients
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Competent Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in EzyVet software, IDEXX laboratories, Weave messaging/phone system
- Spanish-speaking capabilities
