Animal Care Assistant Manager

As a Reception and Patient Coordinator at Southern Veterinary Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary hospital. This position involves providing exceptional patient care, administrative support, and communication with clients. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and placing calls from clients to schedule appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns
- Assisting the veterinary team with exams and procedures
- Managing hospital operations, including inventory and supply management
Requirements:
- Degree in animal science or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $16.00-$19.00/hour based on experience
