Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in veterinary medicine.
- Contribute to the overall success of our animal hospital by promoting our services and building strong relationships with clients.
