Animal Care Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Veterinarian Assistant to join our team at Southern Veterinary Partners. This role involves prioritizing multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner, maintaining proper documentation through client and pet records, and utilizing hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to manage stressful situations. Experience with veterinary software is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00-$19.00/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), Retirement Plan (401k), and more.
