What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive incremental revenue and growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate and improve relationships across multiple levels and teams at client organizations to identify and implement solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve sales quotas.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Relationship Management, preferably in the payments or financial services space.
  • Proven track record of managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive revenue growth with large clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
