What You'll Do:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement account plans that drive incremental revenue and growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
- Cultivate and improve relationships across multiple levels and teams at client organizations to identify and implement solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve sales quotas.
- 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Relationship Management, preferably in the payments or financial services space.
- Proven track record of managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive revenue growth with large clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A competitive salary range of $99,000 to $211,100, depending on location.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
