We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. Position Summary

The LPN plays a vital role in delivering skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). They perform a variety of tasks, including medication administration, wound care, patient assessments, and education. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.

Qualifications
  • Current Arizona State LPN License
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • One (1) year of nursing experience, with a preference for community/home health or medical/surgical settings
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation
