Job Title: Director of Reunification and Support Services

Directions for Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Reunification and Support Services team. As the Director of Reunification and Support Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services and intensive case management to children and their families who are at-risk of entering the child welfare system or have already entered the system and have a court-ordered goal of reunification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices, including the Homebuilders EBP, high-fidelity wraparound, and other EBP's, to provide intensive case management and behavioral health services to children and their families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with child welfare organizations and community agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Supervise and manage a team of professionals providing reunification and support services, including case managers, therapists, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments within Directions for Living to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, programs, and services to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 4 years of experience providing direct services to families, preferably intensive in-home services.
  • Licensed mental health professional and Certified Addiction Professional preferred.
  • TCM supervisor and Wraparound coach certifications required within 1 year of hire.
  • Medicaid eligibility as a supervisor for billing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to read and write progress notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent information.
