Retail Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Hudson Grace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and profitability, and maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and profitability through expert knowledge of our products and services, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every customer.
- Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, leveraging your knowledge of our products to provide tailored recommendations and drive sales.
Requirements:
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience, with high school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications, with experience using computer systems and tablet devices preferred.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $39,200 - $46,480, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
