About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Atrium Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the culinary experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
