Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of Lodging revenues and expenses to ensure accurate posting to the general ledger.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end journal entries for Lodging Revenue and Owner Share Revenue.
  • Ensure a complete and accurate month-end close process within established deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly Homeowner Statements of account and distribute revenue payments accordingly.
  • Assist the General Ledger Team with account reconciliation research for all Lodging accounts.
  • Prepare monthly Travel Agent statements and payments for commissionable reservations.
  • Maintain customer database for Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare and distribute Accounts Receivable Invoices on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Reconcile and apply incoming payments for Accounts Receivable daily.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, specifically Lodging/Homeowner Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience using multiple accounting and property management systems.

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
