  • Facilitate patient movement to and from examination rooms, treatment areas, and physician offices as necessary.
  • Gather and prepare all essential patient documentation as requested by the healthcare provider.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and ensuring treatment areas are well-stocked.
  • Address patient inquiries and respond to calls in a timely manner.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and faxing.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments for patients.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in medical terminology and strong administrative support capabilities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling a high volume of patients, specifically managing 40 or more patients daily.
