About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified mental health professional or paraprofessional to join our team at Hidden Roots Mental Health LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to clients within their natural settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly face-to-face sessions with clients to support their mental health goals.
- Manage treatment plan goals and assist clients in learning skills to effectively manage their mental health.
- Ensure chart compliance and complete daily documentation in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison for the organization and advocate for clients to ensure they receive high-quality, personalized care.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be currently registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult/Child (QMHP-A/C) by the Virginia Board of Counseling or have completed a Qualified Mental Health Para-Professional Certification.
You must also have a Bachelors or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and possess knowledge of community-based mental health support services, casework documentation, therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families, and community resources.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $17-$25 per hour, and you must obtain a reliable vehicle and have up-to-date vehicle insurance.
