Flexible Retail Merchandising Opportunities

**About the Role**

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our retail merchandising team. As a Flex Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting various retail locations within a 25-mile radius of your home to audit products, count inventory, set new fixtures and displays, and perform other critical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and inventory goals
* Conduct product audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Set up and maintain visually appealing displays and fixtures
* Collaborate with district managers and other team members to achieve business objectives
* Utilize a smartphone to report and capture photos of store conditions and inventory

**Requirements**

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
