Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team at Hidden Roots Mental Health LLC. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will provide weekly, face-to-face sessions with clients, addressing treatment plan goals and helping clients develop skills to manage their mental health effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly, face-to-face sessions with clients, addressing treatment plan goals and helping clients develop skills to manage their mental health effectively.
- Ensure chart compliance by completing daily documentation promptly and accurately.
- Act as a liaison and advocate for clients, guaranteeing they receive personalized, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
- Must be currently registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Adults and/or Children through the Virginia Board of Counseling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Knowledge of community-based mental health services, case documentation, therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families, and available community resources.
- Ability to work collaboratively with referral sources, engage in clinical supervision, and develop person-centered care plans.
- CPR, First Aid, and Behavioral Management Techniques training required.
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
