About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Field Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Director of Operations and Franchise Business Consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including franchise owners and employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing for on-site and off-site meetings, including recording minutes and transcribing notes.
  • Prepare franchise performance reports and provide results to Franchise Business Consultants for follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Communicate franchise dispatch statuses to the Field Operations team.
  • Monitor regional calendars to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the annual "APA" validation/verification process by confirming all information is entered into the SERVPRO APA system.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Administrative/Organization skills including calendar management and scheduling, filing maintenance and organization, telephone business acumen, and travel planning and coordination.
