Position Summary:
The role entails executing solution-oriented sales strategies, managing accounts, and overseeing sales activities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Drive business development through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
  • Close sales effectively to support business expansion.
  • Market preventive maintenance packages and service agreements for heating and cooling systems to commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Communicate proficiently with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Manage workload efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Enhance the corporate brand among commercial clientele.
  • Oversee customer accounts and relationships, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Expand market presence by cultivating new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Service Sales team to optimize account management in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Offer clients solutions to reduce operational costs through improved system efficiency and energy conservation.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and lead initiatives for performance improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory duties are associated with this position.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Understanding of Commercial HVAC systems and energy conservation practices.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask, work independently, follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and possess strong problem-solving skills.


Successful candidates will pass a pre-employment drug screening and may undergo additional background checks as required.


Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment. Occasional site visits may be necessary.
Physical Demands:
Regular use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers is expected.
Travel Requirements:
Infrequent travel may be required, typically not overnight.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
