Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Planning, executing, monitoring, and assessing TANF-funded programs and services.
  • Developing operational procedures and implementing relevant policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with both federal and state regulations through diligent oversight.
  • Conducting research and formulating program policies while performing quality assurance analyses.
  • Providing technical support to agency personnel, clients, and service providers.
  • Drafting and revising policies and procedures, as well as preparing comprehensive reports.

Essential Qualifications:
