The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Storage Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our storage infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying shared system resources, such as disks and networking. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our storage infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement storage solutions using HP3PAR Storage Arrays and NetApp FAS and AFF series
  • Manage storage provisioning, LUN management, LUN masking, zoning, performance management, and volume management
  • Monitor and optimize storage performance, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring
  • Automate routine tasks using Ansible and Python scripting
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve critical issues and upgrades
  • Develop and maintain storage performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest storage technologies and trends
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SAN & NAS administration
  • Expertise in HP3PAR Storage Arrays and NetApp FAS and AFF series
  • Strong knowledge of storage protocols, including CIFS, NFS, and iSCSI
  • Experience with storage performance analysis and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
