- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient planning and execution, facilitating regular planning meetings to review progress and address issues.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, monitoring utilization and adjusting as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring planning activities are conducted within allocated budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of planning activities, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and progress reports.
- Ensure planning processes meet company quality standards and industry best practices, regularly reviewing and updating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and changes to the project plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction planning, project management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects from planning through to completion.
