Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Oversee Inventory Management and Purchase Orders, including logistics and customs clearance.
  • Facilitate Sales Order entry and provide exceptional Customer Service.
  • Conduct internal financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform timely month-end closing and financial reporting to management.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; CMA certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in SAGE software or similar accounting systems.
  • Strong command of MS Office 365, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
