Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the leasing process, and taking ownership of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers to understand their unique needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Become an expert in self-storage by renting storage spaces and managing the leasing process
  • Take ownership of our retail business, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in operations activities, such as performing lock checks and showing units to potential customers
  • Utilize our Point of Sales system (POS) to take payments, manage customer accounts, and maintain inventory

Requirements

  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
