Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Medical Leader to join our team at Vetco Total Care. As a key member of our hospital leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hospital Medical Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and client experience through effective leadership and coaching of veterinary medical staff.
  • Driving continuous improvement in clinical skills and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Cultivating a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Reviewing hospital financial performance and partnering with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital efficiency and exceptional care quality.
