Job Description:
We seek an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
- Respond effectively in high-pressure situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current NH RN license, at least one year of experience in a similar setting, and certification in BCLS. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
