About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures, and participating in patient teaching;
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments;
  • Participate in decision-making processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes;
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans;
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining patient flow, managing supplies, and processing paperwork;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
  • Current State of New Hampshire LPN nursing licensure;
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire and maintained bi-annually;
  • 0-2 years of experience in acute care medical-surgical nursing; and
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
