About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our medical surgical team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and RNs to prioritize patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking vital signs and performing routine office procedures
  • Participating in patient teaching and communication
  • Maintaining a safe patient care environment

Requirements:

  • Current State of New Hampshire LPN nursing licensure and BLS certification
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to relate well at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous acute care medical surgical nursing experience
