Advanced Practice Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills.
About the Role: As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for applying the nursing process to make sound judgments and decisions related to patient care. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and judgment
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required for certain departments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
