We are seeking an experienced Market Principal - Insurance Solutions to serve as the primary point of contact for our Top-15 insurance clients and internal teams. In this highly strategic role, you will work closely with the Chief Client Officer (CCO) to define client needs and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique business objectives and product requirements.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to optimize our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring open and transparent communication with Senior/Executive Leadership to align business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
- Establish strong relationships at all levels of the organization, from daily operational users to key decision-makers.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic relationships as a trusted and influential advisor to industry leaders, offering expert guidance and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions that strengthen partnerships and establish a reputation as a go-to resource within the industry.
- Ensure servicing and operations excellence by executing to delivery standards (SOPs) and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive asset growth on the platform and expand service offerings by effectively demonstrating and communicating the value to clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of product enhancements and the dynamic investment accounting industry.
- Design, implement, and track both quantitative and qualitative metrics to effectively measure the success of projects, people, and processes.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in investment management and accounting solutions in the insurance market either as an investment technology provider, consultant, or as a business leader overseeing one or more functions at a mid-sized or bigger insurer.
- Proven experience in the fintech and insurance space, demonstrating familiarity with the unique dynamics and challenges of these industries.
- Experience with managing large-scale global clients, as well as diverse, multi-locational client servicing teams.
- Expert knowledge in general investments accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
- Previous experience working with mid to large-size insurance organizations, showcasing an understanding of their specific needs and operations.
- Exceptional persuasive, clear, and concise communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
