We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Pathologist II to join our team at Sutter Health.

Job Summary

As a Pediatric Speech Pathologist II, you will provide assessment, treatment, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop effective communication strategies and promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with complex communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Conduct clinical supervision and education of students

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
