About the Role:

  • Plan, assess, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and set measurable goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about strategies for improving communication and cognitive function.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree with clinical fellowship and minimum of 1 year of related patient care experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Possession of or proven eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board of California.
  • AHA BLS CPR certification.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, retirement options, and more. Additionally, you will receive sign-on bonus eligibility, moving expense reimbursement, and 14 paid holidays in addition to vacation/PTO and sick time.
