  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
  • Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that food safety and quality standards are met, and that customers receive high-quality food.
  • Manage Restaurant Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the restaurant, including repairs, renovations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
