Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill - Stine Ventures LLC Lubbock, TX. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Directly supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including managers and employees.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Operations and Quality Control
    • Ensure strict adherence to company-wide quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
    • Validate equipment maintenance and make decisions regarding repair or replacement.
    • Implement and execute local marketing programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data, including payroll, cash and receipts, food costs, and operating expenses.
    • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Guest Satisfaction and Service
    • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Talent Development
    • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Change Management and Communication
    • Lead the restaurant team through change, communicating and supporting the transition.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the management team and Field Support personnel.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
