The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Operations: Manage staff scheduling, customer service, and presentation of the dining room and bar areas.
  • Kitchen Team Management: Ensure timely and quality food delivery, resolve service issues, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Talent Development: Hire, train, and retain top talent to deliver extraordinary customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as required to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Financial Management: Work with Operating Partners to manage financial reports and budgets, ensuring profitability for the restaurant.
  • Health and Safety: Provide guidance on cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and training.

Requirements
