Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive compensation package includes a starting base salary of up to $150,000, along with monthly production incentives that feature no negative accrual, and a sign-on bonus. We provide an excellent benefits package that encompasses health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contributions), life and disability insurance, a 401K plan with company matching, paid time off, generous continuing education allowances, reimbursement for professional membership dues and licensing fees, uniform allowances, and additional perks.
