Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
