Financial Transactions Specialist

At Allergy & Asthma Affiliates, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing practice that provides high-quality medical services to patients in East Tennessee.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
Job Description:This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Maintains accurate records of financial transactions by posting and verifying entries.
- Develops and implements systems for tracking financial transactions including establishing a chart of accounts.
- Data processing and reconciliation for daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Reconciles entries to ensure subsidiary accounts are balanced.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience with basic accounting knowledge. Proficiency in QuickBooks Cloud, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is also required.
