We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Lead to join our team at LPL Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end program management support to project delivery teams within the LPL Technology organization.

This role involves overseeing large, complex programs with aggressive deadlines that cut horizontally across the LPL technology organization and integrate closely with operations and business teams external to technology. You will need to provide oversight of overall program budget and roadmap deliverables, governance of processes, standards, etc., identification, escalation, and mitigation of program risks, collection and dissemination of program status reports, and facilitation and support of Product, Technology, and Business lead engagement in program activities and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience managing highly complex and matrixed IT programs with budgets up to $12M, deep understanding of and ability to manage Project and Software Development Life Cycle(s) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, 5+ years' experience in program dependency and risk management, and 3+ years of experience managing people with a proven track record of developing talent.

Key responsibilities include coordinating, driving, and managing discussions and follow-ups with Project, Technology, Product, Business, Vendor team members and other cross-organization departments to align delivery to program and portfolio OKRs and accompanying deliverables, maintaining oversight of the program budget, and coordinating closely with finance, business, and product leaders to assure funds are available, aligned to approved roadmap work items, and properly reported.

A successful Portfolio Lead will also be responsible for the complete program assessment, including impact assessments, cross-domain tradeoffs, and timing, coordination of the quality of the intake from Business, Product, and Technology teams, management of adherence to process (E2E quality check and governance of data in tools), ownership of consolidated status reporting of all program delivery work, capture and resolution of RAID items, responsibility for cross-program and cross-org dependencies, monitoring PMO mandated work intake and delivery management tools, and ensuring governance standards are maintained by domain artifact owners.

In terms of compensation, we offer an estimated salary range of $132,300.00 - $220,500.00 per year, based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
