- Provide leadership and administrative supervision to residential staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Program Operations
- Ensure the smooth operation of our residential programs, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Client Support
- Provide exceptional support to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized service plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Communicate regularly with staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program operations.
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a residential or healthcare setting.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Valid driver's license required; RN or 2 years of related work experience or 4 years of related work experience with a HS diploma preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
