This position is designed to drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standards. The Assistant General Manager will oversee the store operations and reception teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions and company goals alignment.

", "KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES": "
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and sales results.
  • Coordinate department scheduling and optimize business needs.
  • Lead and coach teams to maintain a customer-centric environment, adhering to company service standards.
  • Ensure daily store operations comply with regulatory requirements and Trulieve's policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to provide coaching, training, and development to the showroom team.
  • Maintain awareness of customer interactions and ensure proper communication.
  • Resolve patient issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Monitor Waitly queues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Prior cash handling experience required.
  • Management experience in retail and/or customer service desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, business, and professional skills for effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train and develop a patient consultant team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Computer literacy required.
  • Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform job duties.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
", "ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS": "

Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics to function adequately. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to move, accurately communicate, observe/inspect details at varying ranges, operate computing devices. Occasionally required to remain in a seated position.

45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
