Stream Realty Partners is seeking a highly skilled Retail Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of retail properties, including financial and operational management, client interaction, and tenant and vendor relations.
  • Supervise on-site property management staff and third-party vendors, providing direction, training, and motivation for superior performance.
  • Prepare budgets and manage financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate all property-related contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or finance.
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience, with supervisory responsibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, such as Yardi or MRI, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
