  • Process enrollments and dis-enrollments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Experience in a relevant field, such as education or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
