Job Overview

ActOne Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for processing individual provider paperwork, assisting with enrollment sessions, and training new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process individual provider paperwork and ensure timely completion of all required documents.
  • Verify identification and documentation provided by individual provider applicants and ensure completion of all required documents.
  • Explain regulations, requirements, and responsibilities to individual provider applicants.
  • Utilize specialized computer applications to enter and retrieve information, process eligibility determinations, issue notices, prepare correspondence, prioritize work, and perform other relevant tasks.
  • Create, organize, and maintain various individual provider records and files both electronic and paper.
  • Prepare letters, pamphlets, and handouts from source data provided.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries and follow up as needed.
  • May assist in tracking legal right-to-work documents and minor work permits.
  • May assist Enrollment Session Coordinator facilitate the enrollment sessions for individual providers in-person and online.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Customer Service and Relations (CSR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
